    The Core plan gives you full access to the High Rise App and unlimited group classes. Your trainer sets up your personalized plan, provides weekly accountability, and helps you stay consistent. It’s the foundation for building lasting fitness habits in your building.

  • Pod

    Pod training includes everything in Core and takes you to the next level. It combines the structure of personal coaching with the motivation of a small group. You’ll train with two or three neighbors and share progress, accountability, and results. Each session is led by your trainer who adapts your workouts to fit your goals and group dynamic.

  • Prime

    Prime training is one-on-one coaching built completely around you. Your trainer customizes every workout, monitors your progress, and keeps you accountable through the app and in-person sessions. It’s the most focused and effective path to fast, measurable results. It includes everything in Core, but at the highest level.

Semi-Private & Pod Training
